​​HomeGuard HomeSafe, LLC was established in 2017 and is owned and operated by Tom Pendl.  Tom was born and raised in Indiana and has lifelong family roots in Florida and has owned vacation homes in Southwest Florida.  ​Tom and his family made the full time move to the City of Punta Gorda, Florida to focus 100% on the HomeGuard HomeSafe Home Watch business.

Tom has spent 20+ years working primarily in the automotive industry responsible for eBusiness initiatives, vehicle inspection services and program & product development efforts working with all the major automotive brands and auto industry technology & data suppliers across North America.

In addition, Tom is an avid collector car enthusiast and has traveled the world buying, selling and showcasing classic autos and collector cars.

Tom is a graduate of Marian University in Indianapolis and completed an Executive Business Program at Butler University in Indianapolis.
