Our 50+ point home watch inspection process includes exterior review of roof, gutters, windows, screens, soffits, doors, lawn & landscape, pool, dock, lift, boat, seawalls etc and interior review of plumbing systems, electrical, appliances, sinks, toilets, HVAC system, water heater, autos, golf cart etc. While performing the home watch inspection the top issues we are looking for are water intrusion, humidity, leaks, electrical, pests or anything out of the ordinary.
